This is the guild application form, which you will use if you want to get an invite to the guild.
If you want to become a raider, then you need to make a raid application according with this sticky on the raid applications forum.

As Eric said, posting an introduction/application here is a required step for any guildie who wants to become a Member. Recruits who do not post an intro here will not be eligible for Member status.

Guildies who are also interested in raiding with us need to apply for the Raider rank (as per links Eric provided). As soon as you post an application for Raider status, you will receive Trainee rank in-game, which has most of the privileges of Raider but is temporary until enough positive or negative feedback is received from existing Raiders.

As this system has only been implemented relatively recently and has quite a backlog or Recruits, a little slack is being given. It is possible for a Recruit to hold Trainee rank before being confirmed as a full Member.
